Housekeeper

Calhoun County Medical Care Facility is seeking a PT Housekeeper to join our team! You will work alongside fellow team members to provide high quality housekeeping services to our residents and the Facility.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident care areas
• Maintain a clean work environment throughout the building
• Responsible for daily cleaning schedules and duties throughout the building to include: sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, emptying trash receptacles, high and low dusting, etc.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations for long-term care Facilities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with residents and be comfortable working with them
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with housekeeping in long-term care or with a healthcare setting
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay starts at $17.52- $19.52 per hour, which includes shift and weekend differentials.

Part-Time hours may vary depending on need: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
