Brooksville Health Care Center, a compassionate, skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring our residents, families, and staff enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices in accordance with facility standards.

• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing of all assigned areas.

• Remove trash and replace liners daily.

• Assist with laundry services as needed.

• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines to protect residents and staff.

• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and visitors at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience (healthcare or senior living setting preferred).

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to 40 lbs).

• Positive attitude, dependability, and commitment to resident-centered care.
