Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including assessments and treatment plans, in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance service delivery.
• Implement infection control protocols and ensure adherence among staff members.
• Manage case documentation and maintain accurate patient records for regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns effectively.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant experience in behaviors.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices...
