Hotel Public Attendant

The Hotel Public Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our guests and team members. This role is essential to upholding the brand standards and enhancing the overall guest experience.

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas

• Ensure all public restrooms are stocked and spotless at all times

• Empty trash receptacles and ashtrays as needed

• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces

• Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning or assistance

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Assist housekeeping team with special projects or deep cleaning as assigned

• Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
