We are hiring a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician/Engineer to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our hotel remains safe, functional, and comfortable for all guests. Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair:
  • Basic plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, running toilets)
  • Electrical issues (switches, outlets, breakers, lighting)
  • Painting, drywall, cosmetic repairs
  • Minor HVAC issues (filter changes, thermostat resets)
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Assist with hotel projects, improvements, and small renovations.
• Maintain organized and clean maintenance work areas.
• Follow all hotel and safety policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years hotel maintenance experience
  OR 5+ years experience as a handyman, contractor, or related trade.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common hotel-related issues independently.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends and assist with emergencies as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Professional communication skills and a guest‑service mindset.

Schedule

• Full‑time
• Weekends required
• Possible on‑call rotation depending on hotel needs
