WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold all towels and lines in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and material.
• When necessary, assist with stripping and cleaning rooms.
• Anticipate and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints.
• Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Manage administrative functions in accordance with established standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
