WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations.
- Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom, and carpet cleaner.
- Aid housekeepers as needed.
- Report any missing/found articles, damage, or merchandise problems.
- Received assigned sections, keys, supplies, and any priority requests.
- Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints hospitably to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
