Hotel Assistant General Manager
Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality associate to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the operating of the hotel and its different departments. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Shift Schedule:
Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends, and night shifts. Will also be required to work some shift work.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations
• Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company, including setting goals and monitoring results
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes
• Monitor market trends and adapt to changing business needs
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management
• Other Duties As Assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Management Role
• Strong Leadership And Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability To Adapt To Changing Business Needs
• Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
• Strong Financial Management Skills
