Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. ```Duties:```

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Seat guests and provide them with menus

- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations

- Manage waitlists and ensure efficient seating arrangements

- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Provide guests with information about the restaurant, including specials and promotions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the management team to improve guest satisfaction

```Requirements:```

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
