Host - Fine Dining

Our Hosts will:

• Escort guests to their seats, and present clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional, manner
• Greet and seat guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups.
• Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Take names on a waiting list.
• Run the floor plan board.
• Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
• Take guest information and quote wait to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
• Clean, organize and stock menus at host area.
• Answer phone, take reservations, and answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
• Interact with guests in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive

Job Overview and Requirements

• Job Hours: Part-time, Weekends, and Evening
• Required Experience: 2 years experience 
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 20lbs frequently, stand/walk 6-8 hours
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
