Per Diem Hospice Aide

Broad Reach Hospice is hiring a Per-Diem Hospice Aide.

In order to meet the needs of our community, we are looking to add a compassionate, caring per-diem Hospice Aide to our team. There is no fixed schedule, you pick up shifts when you are available/when we need you.

Hospice Aide Responsibilities:

·        Providing direct patient care in patients’ homes as well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid and lower Cape.

·        Assisting with patients’ ADLs (activities of daily living).

·        Following patients' plan of care and completing documentation of care given.

·        Communicating regularly with nurse case manager.

Hospice Aide Requirements:

·        Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant License.

·        Experience with home health or hospice care is preferred, however, finding the right candidate is most important to us so applicants are welcome to apply regardless of experience.

Hospice Aide Schedule:

·        The shifts available to pick up are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

The pay range for this position is between $20 - $27.50 per hour, depending upon number of years of experience.
