Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Homecare Sales & Business Development Coordinator with a strong background in homecare sales to lead our expansion efforts in the Gulf Coast and South Mississippi region. This role will focus on generating new clients, establishing partnerships, and developing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients and referral sources in the Gulf Coast and South Mississippi region, focusing on our homecare agency and upcoming adult daycare center.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Use sales techniques to close new business deals and meet growth targets, actively pursuing opportunities to generate revenue.
• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies, both digital and grassroots, to raise brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other relevant partners to establish referral networks.
• Community Outreach: Represent our company at community events, fairs, and networking functions to promote our services.
• Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and to refine outreach strategies.
• Reporting & Goal Tracking: Track and report on progress toward sales and client acquisition goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in homecare business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and closing deals.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with the Gulf Coast & South Mississippi region is preferred, along with local connections.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies on a limited budget.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $21.50 - $28.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to client acquisition and revenue generation targets.
