Position: Homecare Caregiver and Client Coordinator

Status: Full-Time

Shift: 1st Shift 10 hour days 4 days a week 8:00am - 6:00pm

This position offers a flexible schedule, where the hours will be scheduled 4 days a week 8:00am-6:00pm. Working in Home Care provides a work-life balance schedule, where they can offer flexible hours that are able to stay consistent. 

The Homecare Caregiver and Client Coordinator is a paraprofessional member of the private duty team who works under the supervision of the Homecare Manager and performs various personal care and support services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. This position is responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations, and documenting the services provided. In addition this position will mentor new hires, touch base with clients monthly, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document services provided
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail or impaired
• Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance
