We are looking for a caring and compassionate person to join our team as our Intake Coordinator/Office Assistant.
Job is Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Experience in Home Health preferred, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones and transfer to proper staff or take detailed messages
- Learn process of sending, tracking and dropping orders into EMR
- Monitoring Fax Folder
- Drop clinical documents into EMR
- Write, send and track all aspect of PAs
- Receive and write up referrals
- Track and work referrals from beginning to end
- Answer telephones
- Participate in On-Call rotation
- Any other duties assigned by DON/Administrator
REQUIREMENTS
- Dependable
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self starter who is able to work independently
- Must be a quick learner on computer systems with good working knowledge of EMR's, email, Word, Excel
- Preferred experience with Home Health
- Pleasant, professional, team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
- Pay based on experience
