Job Summary: Brockton Home Health Agency is looking for a Lead Home Health Clinical Manager, inspire and motivate clinical manager to run our MassHealth/Medicaid, Medicare and GAFC program.

• Monday - Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM day shift schedule.

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Passionate about mentoring/ educating others.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to travel into the field as needed.
