What You’ll Do:

• Provide client-focused therapy under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve daily living skills.
• Offer education and guidance to clients and their families.
• Track progress and report updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of your work.

• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Illinois.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
