Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and must be proficient in the use of a Hoyer lift. This skill is crucial for ensuring the safe and comfortable transfer of patients with limited mobility. Punctuality is a must, as consistent care is critical to the patient's well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift to transfer patients

• Provide mobility assistance and repositioning support

• Prepare meals and assist with cooking as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized environment

• Monitor and document patient condition and changes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in [South Carolina]

• CPR certification preferred

• Proven experience using a Hoyer lift

• Must be able to cook and organize daily care environment

• Must be punctual and dependable

• Excellent communication and observation skills
