We are seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide direct personal care services to clients in their homes. This is not an entry-level position — applicants must have prior experience in home health or caregiving. Reliable transportation is essential, as travel between client homes is required.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and mobility support

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, following dietary needs and restrictions

• Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce isolation

• Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition

• Follow the care plan developed for each client and accurately document services provided

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment for each client

• Minimum 6 months of direct caregiving or home health experience

• Certification preferred: HHA, STNA, CNA, or PCA

• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Must be able to assist clients with transfers, mobility, and other physical needs

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate

• Comfortable working independently in client homes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written care plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Services provided in clients’ homes across Columbus and surrounding areas

• Travel required between client locations (mileage reimbursement available)

• Flexible scheduling – includes potential for days, evenings, and weekends

• Hourly Rate: $14/hour

• Mileage reimbursement for travel between client homes
