Home Care - Program Coordinator - Day Shift, Full-Time
Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator:
- Oversees the services of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care program to ensure clients are served in a caring, efficient, and timely manner
- Serves as a liaison between the community, referral sources, families, and the care center team, in assessing service needs for companionship and home care
- Recruits, hires, trains, orientates, and schedules ABCM Healthy Living Home Care team members
Qualifications / Requirements
- Associate degree with experience in business, sales / marketing, human resources, or other work-related field preferred; scheduling experience strongly desired
- Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Successful completion of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care training program
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift, Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $20.00/hr-$21.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
