Summary
Under the supervision of the Home Care - Program Coordinator:
- Carries out the services provided in the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care program by serving clients in a kind, caring, and efficient manner
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a current, valid Iowa driver's license with proof of current vehicle insurance
- Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Successful completion of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care training program
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Shift: Day Shift, Hours Vary; Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $13.00/hr-$21.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Base Wage: $13.00/hr (Non-Certified Aide) and $19.00/hr (Certified Aide/CNA), Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr
