The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a HOA Maintenance Technician to work with our Maintenance Team.


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HOA Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of condominium facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment for residents and guests.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of common areas, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents or property management.
  • Complete repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, minor appliance servicing, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces such as lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and pool areas.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors when specialized repairs or inspections are required.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, inventory, and work orders.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in property or building maintenance, preferably in a residential or multi-family housing setting.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts, weekends, or respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.
