Hibachi Busser
Position Summary:
The Busser supports the dining room and hibachi grill experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment. This role ensures guest tables, grill stations, and service areas are reset quickly and efficiently to create a smooth flow of service and an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Clear, clean, and reset tables and hibachi grill stations promptly between seatings

Assist servers and chefs with guest needs, including water service, dish removal, and delivery of supplies

Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, floors, and restrooms throughout the shift

Refill ice bins, sauces, plate ware, napkins, and other service items as needed

Properly handle, sort, and transport dishes, glassware, and trash to dish and disposal areas

Support team members during high-volume periods to ensure efficient table turns

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong sense of urgency and teamwork

Ability to lift and carry trays, bus tubs, and supplies (up to ~40 lbs)

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
