H.H.A/ Personal Care – Part Time in early morning/early evening in Westwood, MA

We have an immediate opening for a Personal Care on weekdays and week-end.

H.H.A Requirements Must have a valid HHA certificate with no violations H.H.AA requires a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Ability to work varied hours/days including evenings, weekends and some holidays

Ability to pass a criminal back ground check H.H.A needs the ability to assist clients physically when needed

Ability to follow and carry out individual client care plans Job Duties

Personal Care including bathing, dressing and grooming

Assists with Shopping and Errands

Helps with Meal Preparation and dietary restrictions

Medication Reminders

Helps with homemaking and laundry

Physical Assessment

Case Management

Nurse Monitoring

Fluent in English
