New Hire Sign on Bonus of $1,000 through 1/1/2026 when conditions are met

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The Home Healthcare Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing light housekeeping and meal preparation services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs

• Administer medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

  Bonus REQUIREMENTS:

  Must fill out and send all required docs within 3 days.

  Pick up and work the first shift within 7 days of on-boarding completion.

  Work a minimum of 30 hours each week of successful employment with us and receive no complaints. 

  No call outs allowed

  Payment Structure:

  $50 after the first 2 weeks

  $100 after the 1st month

  $100 at 1 ½ months

  $250 at 2 months

  $250 at 3 months
