Our Heart of House positions give the team members an opportunity to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment serving amazing Louisiana inspired cuisine.  A food first mentality is at the core of our chef driven kitchen.

Heart of the house opportunities are offered in both a part time and a full time capacity.  Flexible hours and schedules are great for team members in school for those with families.  Room for advancement is always available and possible for the right team member.

Requirements/Responsiblities

- The abilitly to lift 50 lbs

-The ability to stand for 10+ hours

-The ability to tolerate high temperatures and moisture for extended periods of time

-The ability to work at a fast pace for 10+ hours

-The ability to adhere to uniform guidelines

-The ability to undertand, remember and adhere to recipes

-Have reliable transportation and child care (if applicable)

Must posses the following

-A winning attitude and personality

-A consistent positive attitude

-A team first mentality

Previous retaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
