Health Care Center Life Enrichment Assistant, PRN

The position is in our Health Care Center/Long Term Care

Looking for a team member that supports and works to provide quality activities and life enrichment programs to our residents.

You would be expected to interact and engage with residents with positive energy, consistent support, creating a safe environment while leading the programs. LFP is looking for an independent worker who is a team player, accountable and takes pride in their work.

Must be dependable, respectful, assertive, hardworking, loves the elderly, compassionate, accommodating, creative, flexible, works well with others and someone who has excellent multi-taking skills.

We strive to offer a premier lifestyle and quality of life to all our residents each day. It is a PRN position; This position does require some evenings and weekends. The life enrichment department offers programs 8:30a-8p, 7 days a week.

Shifts are created with in those hours.
