Head Brewer/Production Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Brewer/Production Manager to lead our brewing

operations into the future. The ideal candidate will need to bring a deep understanding of brewing

science, a creative drive for new product development, and strong leadership skills to manage our brewing

team and operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of beer production, including recipe development, brewing, fermentation, cellaring,

packaging, and quality control.

Manage and lead a team of brewers and production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality

standards.

Plan and execute production schedules to meet sales forecasts and inventory needs.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new products and improve existing offerings.

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all government and industry regulations.

Manage inventory of raw materials and brewing supplies.

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all brewing equipment and facilities.

Represent the brewery at various events, festivals, and public appearances.
