Payroll Tax Specialist

Paytime, Inc. is a full-service payroll service bureau located in Mechanicsburg, PA. We are currently seeking a Payroll Tax Specialist.  Job responsibilities include timely filing of tax returns and payments, assisting our clients with various tax issues and tax compliance, processing tax notices, reviewing Tax set up during client onboarding and ACH processing.  Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.  Experience with PA local taxes and multistate taxes a plus.  This is a full-time position located in our Mechanicsburg Office.

A qualified candidate has:

·         Experience filing payroll tax returns at the federal, state and local levels

·         Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes

·         FCP or CPP a plus      

·         Ability to analyze data and be detail oriented

·         Excellent communication skills

·         The ability to prioritize and follow-through

·         Proficiency using MS Internet Explorer, Outlook and Office
