Hair Stylist
Hair Stylist
Our Mission
We started the salon to empower stylists to take their career to the next level and beyond. Through advanced training, mentorship, and career development our stylists have become experts in the beauty industry. They offer their clientele an extraordinary product and experience. They have been able to grow their skills, book, and income drastically.
Why This Position Exists
We have far more demand than we can currently meet and are expanding our stylist team. Current wait list is exceeding 4 clients per day. An existing book IS NOT required for this role, but prior experience as a hair stylist is. We are a great option for stylists new to town. Our hourly rate allows you to get paid while building your book. We have a track record of building full books for stylists fresh to town in under 3 months at or above their prices before moving.
What We Offer
Just as the experience of our clients is key to our business success, so is the experience of our team. The golden rule, treating others like we would like to be treated, guides a lot of our business. We offer the benefits, environment, and culture that we ourselves desire. While not standard in our industry, we offer benefits like health insurance for full-time employees, maternity leave, paid training, paid meetings, access to an EAP, paid time off, and the support of an HR team. We don’t expect anyone to ever work for free.
We utilize technology to run an efficient salon, increase communication, and protect our stylists’ income. We offer online booking, credit card capture, and maintain a strongly enforced cancellation policy.
Our highly visible location on the Reedy River in Falls Park and our marketing success has allowed our stylists to build fantastic books of amazing clients in record time.
