Guest Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

Check guests in and out of rooms efficiently and accurately

Manage reservations and room assignments using our booking system

Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Answer phones and direct calls as needed

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

Uphold company policies and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications-
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with hotel booking systems (preferred but not required)

Basic math and computer skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule-
Day/Evening/Night shifts, weekends, and holidays
