Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

  • Check guests in and out of rooms efficiently and accurately

  • Manage reservations and room assignments using our booking system

  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

  • Uphold company policies and ensure guest satisfaction at all times



    Qualifications

    • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Familiarity with hotel booking systems (preferred but not required)

    • Basic math and computer skills

    • Professional appearance and demeanor

    • High school diploma or equivalent



      Schedule

      • Day/Evening/Night shifts, weekends, and holidays
