Guest Engagement Specialist
Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Engagement Specialist to join our team and help oversee the front desk and guest experience operations of our hotel. The Guest Engagement Specialist will be responsible for managing a team of guest engagement agents, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Help manage and lead a team of guest engagements agents, including scheduling and training
Oversee the daily operation of the front desk, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests
Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized lobby area and adhering to safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs, handling complaints and concerns and responding to reviews
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as needed
Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the register and completing shift reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in guest service in the hospitality industry preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and property management systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
