About This Position

Anglicotech (AT) is seeking an experienced capture professional to function as an Account Manager on existing and emerging business opportunities across the Department of Defense supporting Logistics IT Systems and Acquisition Logistics areas aligned to our core capabilities described below. Selected candidate will work with the AT Business Development Team and Solutions Engineering Team to provide capture and support on numerous opportunities across several lines of business. The candidate will orchestrate the movement of opportunities from capture planning through engaging the proposal support process via Shipley models. Business systems opportunities that will be targeted include GCSS-MC, GCSS-Army, ILS2 Air Force, DAI, and NSS-Supply.

 

Location: This is a remote position that will require significant travel.

 

Responsibilities:

§ Identifies, qualifies, and implements capture planning discipline to develop new business more efficiently in the Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies.

§ Grows organization's existing Account revenue and projects and develop the opportunity pipeline.

§ Supports and aligns the Account to overall AT Strategic and Business Plans development.

§ Supports and integrates overall capture plans scheduling with Business Development Team.

§ Conducts introductory and on-going briefings with current and prospective customer leadership and small business offices within the Federal Government.

§ Conducts assessments in order to establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, prospects, and teaming partners to result in new or expanded growth.

§ Participates in all facets of client development and execution of customer focused capture skills and tactics aligned to marketing planning, proposal development, opportunity staffing and overall business development strategy.

§ Works in close collaboration with the organization's delivery subject matter experts, sales and marketing, and finance departments.

§ Manages the Logistics IT Systems and Acquisition Logistics clients, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short term, and long-term opportunity management by Identifying and generating sales leads/opportunities.

§ Manages the development and expansion of addressable markets and builds a robust pipeline of opportunities to pursue growth for existing products and services.

§ Conducts strategic client engagements to effectively drive capture and maintain an understanding of current and emerging client needs and assess customer’s issues, program requirements, and competitive position.

§ Facilitates differentiation by utilizing market and competitor intelligence to effectively position-to-win while developing differentiated value propositions.

§ Works in close collaboration with organization's product/service subject matter experts, sales and marketing, and finance departments.

§ Upon contract win, supports transition to operation and delivery teams.

Requirements

§ Proven track record of winning opportunities in[NR1] the Federal Government with a concentration in the Department of Defense

§ Ability to conduct extensive travel including OCONUS with particular attention to the Indo-PACOM AO

§ Regularly attend receptions, dinners and events outside normal business hours.

§ Ability to assess the market and identify key growth areas and develop new business.

§ Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives, peers, and customers.

§ Leadership skills with ability to collaborate across functions and organizations and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

§ Executive presence, direct and indirect influencing skills, and a growth mindset

§ Resourceful, decisive, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.

Education and Experience

§ A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

§ Prior experience performing Capture for 8-10 years, DoD preferred.

§ Experience interacting and effectively communicating with senior DoD officials.

§ Experience developing winning capture strategies to align client needs with tailored solutions and capabilities.

§ Experience with technical writing to underwrite winning proposal support and marketing product development.

§ Experience with Acquisition commands such as Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC).
