About Us:
At the Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC), everything starts and ends with our vision: Together we create community.
We believe movement connects us - and that yoga is a powerful tool for building strength, balance, and belonging. That’s why we’re looking for a Yoga Instructor who can turn a class into a meaningful experience - on and off the mat.
Are you someone who leads with calm, teaches with heart, and inspires others to move with intention? If helping people stretch, grow, and feel their best lights you up, you might be the teammate we’ve been waiting for.
Guided by our core values - Safety, Collaboration, Innovation, Sustainability, and Diversity - we’re building a workplace that’s bold, inclusive, and centered around community. Our commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging isn’t just part of our strategy - it’s part of our DNA.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only a skilled teacher, but a compassionate guide. Someone who can create space for both beginners and seasoned yogis, welcome every participant like they belong (because they do), and hold space for stillness, strength, and yes - joy. Whether you’re leading sunrise flows, family yoga, or deep stretch sessions, you’ll be part of a team that believes in wellness for all.
So, if you're ready to roll out your mat, lead with heart, and help us build a yoga program that brings our community together in breath, balance, and belonging - we want to hear from you.
Let’s build something amazing together.
