Groundskeeper/Porter

Job description

We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC at our brand-new community, Legacy at Ardmore. This is an entry level position, that has the opportunity to grow into a technician position based on performance and willingness to learn. We offer competitive pay and great benefits. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Remove dust, cobwebs, debris, fingerprints, etc. from all common areas (ie. Pool side, clubhouse, Rec room, breezeways, corridor)

Spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup (seasonal).

Responsible for changing lightbulbs

Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times

Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times

Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies

Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development

Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
