We are currently recruiting for a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. The Apartment Gallery of Harrisburg has four property locations with 637 units. 

Minimum Requirements

In this critical role for the residential community, you will maintain a high level of curb appeal for our properties. You will monitor the property, remove trash and debris; check for abandoned vehicles, and report suspected lease violations to the Property Manager are just a few of the tasks required.  Other responsibilities include maintaining the building exteriors, common areas, and grounds through service requests and the direction of management.  Some seasonal duties are included as necessary.  Will participate in the care and maintenance of the company-owned equipment.  This position contributes to the inventory control and organization in the maintenance shops or other storage areas with an emphasis on safety standards and practices associated with the maintenance operations. 

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record with reliable transportation are all conditions of employment.
