Groundskeeper

Hours: Part-time - 32 hours average per week, may vary in slow and busy seasons, more or less hours accordingly. Earliest shift will start at 6:00 a.m., latest shift will end at 5:00 p.m., weekdays, weekends and some holidays. 

Job Description: Responsible for taking care of the Grounds at the Bavarian Inn Lodge, the outside shops, and the residences. Responsible for maintaining Bavarian Inn Lodge high standards and working condition of building, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible for preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. 

Basic Qualifications:  Must be 18 years of age. 

Additional knowledge equivalent to one year experience of light repair and maintenance.

Ability to continually reach, stretch, bend, lift items heavy weights (75 lbs.).

Ability to use/climb ladders and be on feet for continuous length of time.

Valid state driver’s license required. 

Ability to drive Lodge vehicles and to be insured.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors year around.
