Graze Craze is a rapidly growing international charcuterie chain that encourages our team to have fun at work while enjoying life outside of work. All locations are independently owned, this small business location is a locally, family, veteran and woman owned.

JOB TYPE (Hours of Operations Tues~Sat 9am-6pm, S-M as needed for events)

• Team Member trainee for Grazologist (Creative Artist for Charcuterie Boards & Boxes)
• Part-time position available with Flexible shift and schedule
• Flextime with day or before closing shifts and partial weekends for events

JOB DESCRIPTION

Food preparation for boards and artfully decorate and arrange our unique take on catering and made to order charcuterie boards based on easy-to-follow training and build sheets that's created with artisanal meats, premium cheese, chocolates, sweets, fruits and vegetables.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction online/in person
• Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
• Prepare and deliver food (and beverages) according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the overall prep and store area
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

SKILLS

• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of food service procedures and standards is a plus
• Ability to upsell products and increase sales
• Proficient in operating a register and handling credit card transactions
• Experience with maintaining cleanliness in a kitchen setting
• Strong transaction handling skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with the food industry and basic food safety practices
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and transaction handling
• Experience with Toast POS system is a plus

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

• Legally eligible to work within the state of Florida and federal guidelines
• 18 years or older
• Valid Florida driver's license & good driving records to complete delivery/setup as required.
• Comfortable communicating with clients in person, via phone or emails
• ServSafe Certified (preferred but not required (must be obtained during training per Florida requirements)
• Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work independently as well as other team members/leaders
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance

Note: All members should be flexible to work on weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Potential hours: 10 – 40 per week (Must be flexible)
