The role requires someone who is a rockstar performer with a strong graphics background who enjoys a variety of marketing responsibilities and collaborating in a team environment. A strong candidate will have opportunities to evolve in many creative directions. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the Corporate Marketing Strategy, through Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Art Direction and Print Management and relationship management, working closely with internal clients.

This is a full-time permanent position, working out of our impeccably designed and furnished office. You’ll mostly work from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with irregular or extended hours as projects demand. 

THE DAY TO DAY

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Contribute to building the Contemporary Office Interior’s brand through visual means in a way that clearly differentiates the brand and resonates with customers, both internal and external
  • Strong ability to create customer facing content, presentations, reports, look-books, and deliverables.
  • Experience in creating and using InDesign to generate templates for use in customer proposals with strict delivery deadlines and guidelines
  • Work with Marketing Team to brainstorm and enact annual strategic plans to support rapidly growing company Corporate Image and Identity
  • Develop and execute outstanding graphic marketing materials, including but not limited to design and layout for print and digital communications, creative proposals, internal marketing graphics, signage, and event collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing team on social media strategy and posting
  • Adhere to and promote corporate standards of size, color, scheme and style to preserve company branding message
  • Design and deliver ongoing email campaigns

Project Management

  • Manage priorities and work successfully in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced, team environment to meet due dates of multiple projects
  • Maintains the cleanliness, efficiency, and overall effectiveness of the proposal center
  • Ensure adequate stock of paper supplies

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing and sales team, marketing programs, events, promotions, campaigns, etc. that may not be specifically graphic design related
  • Work with multiple internal clients and stakeholders
  • Interest/experience in social media marketing a plus

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING

  • You are proficient in industry standard software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, PowerPoint. 
  • You have a strong understanding of page layout and typography and experience managing print collateral. 
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, someone who is strategic, decisive, and flexible. 
  • Having the ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines is essential and we want someone who is self-directed with strong communication skills.
  • These are complex sales, where you’ll manage competing priorities, multiple internal and external stakeholders, and varying deliverables. Your experience in a similarly complex sales environment will be crucial for your success here. The number of projects you’ll have on the go at any given time will vary depending on their size and scope.
