We are looking for a TrackMan Golf Tech & Server to join our team! This hybrid role combines golf technology expertise with top-tier hospitality, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience both on the course and at their table. You will assist customers with TrackMan simulators, provide golf-related insights, and serve food and beverages in a professional and engaging manner.

No prior TrackMan experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

• TeeBox Starter: Greet guests, assist with check-in, and ensure they have everything they need for their bay time.
• Technical Support: Set up and troubleshoot TrackMan golf simulators to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Engagement: Educate guests on TrackMan features, offer tips, and enhance their overall golf experience.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and organized golf environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and comfortable visit.

• Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service to guests.
• Take orders, run food, and check on guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Become an expert on our food & drink offerings, which includes a list of craft cocktails, spirits, and 30+ beers and wines on tap
• Engage with guests to recommend menu items, upsell premium offerings, and enhance their overall experience.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas.

• Passion for golf – A solid understanding of the game’s rules, etiquette, and equipment is preferred.
• Tech-savvy – Familiarity with TrackMan or similar golf simulator technology (or willingness to learn).
• Hospitality experience – Minimum 1-2 years in serving or customer-facing roles.
• Food Handler’s Card & Title 4 Liquor Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Team player – Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a positive, collaborative mindset.
• Flexible schedule – Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina – Ability to lift and move golf equipment and stand for extended periods.
