Barefoot Resort & Golf is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Golf Package Coordinator to help create exceptional golf vacations for guests visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with golfers, planning trips, and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. The Golf Package Coordinator plays an important role in helping guests plan their golf trips by coordinating tee times, accommodations, and personalized itineraries across Barefoot Resort and partner courses throughout the Grand Strand.

What You’ll Do

Help Guests Plan Unforgettable Golf Trips

Work directly with golfers and group leaders to understand their trip details including travel dates, group size, course preferences, lodging options, and budget.

Coordinate Golf Packages

Assist in building customized golf packages that include tee times, accommodations, and travel details, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Schedule Tee Times

Work closely with Barefoot Resort’s four award-winning golf courses — Dye, Love, Norman, and Fazio — as well as partner courses throughout Myrtle Beach to secure the best tee times for each group.

Coordinate Accommodations

Partner with Barefoot lodging providers and preferred hotels to match guests with the best accommodation options for their trip.

Create Detailed Guest Itineraries

Provide guests with organized trip itineraries that clearly outline tee times, course locations, lodging details, and important trip information.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Serve as a point of contact for guests before and during their stay, answering questions and ensuring their golf experience exceeds expectations.

Build Relationships

Work closely with Barefoot Resort staff, lodging partners, and area golf courses to ensure smooth coordination of golf packages.

Learn the Local Area

Become knowledgeable about restaurants, nightlife, attractions, and activities in North Myrtle Beach to help guests make the most of their golf trip.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for golf or experience working in the golf industry preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple reservations and group bookings simultaneously
• Customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, travel planning, or sales is a plus
• Familiarity with Myrtle Beach golf courses and accommodations preferred
