Lehigh Country Club is looking for Full Time Grounds Crew members to join our team.

Responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance of the grounds including the golf course at a private country club in the Lehigh Valley. You will be provided a great outdoor work environment performing ongoing maintenance projects and routine operations sometimes using specific machinery used in the golf industry. Flexible schedule available; nights, weekends and early mornings.  Hourly pay is determined based on experience in the position to which applying.

• Mowing of greens, tees, and fairways. Prior experience preferred but not required, training on certain machines done on site.
• Machine and hand raking sand bunkers.
• Rotary mowing, string trimming, back pack and hand blowing, debris raking of all club grounds.
• Working individually and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the grounds are properly maintained.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available mornings and weekends from April to November.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Drivers License is a plus
• Must be reliable and able to follow oral/written instructions.
• Must be able to work on an individual basis or as part of a group.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for more than 8 hours per shift
• Must Pass background and drug screening
