JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in all areas of the facility by following procedures and policies established by Housekeeping/Laundry Services. General cleaning and upkeep of resident living areas, public space, and offices. Laundry of facility linens and residents personal clothes. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. Retrieves and transports soiled linen to designated linen service collection area. Specific duties are performed on a daily basis and vary among nursing units and departments. Specific duties of the position may vary from day to day depending on the assigned area of responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Must have the ability to read, speak, and write the English language.
- Must follow oral and written directions
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred. On the job training.
Employment contingent upon successful completion of:

- Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
