General Manager
This job is for any of the Tri-Cities locations.
Handles all day to day operations of the unit. This includes but not limited to; HR responsibilities, clerical, scheduling, cash control, ensures quality and consistency with our product, customer relations, procurement, employee relations, payroll compilation, conflict resolution, team building, and understanding of Microsoft office software.
The candidate must be fluent in all facets of the operation of the restaurant. These operations include a firm understanding of kitchen operations and a thorough understanding of the POS software. Positivity, optimism, and excellent customer service skills are a must. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of safe food handling and requirements of health department policies. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain composure in a fast-paced customer-centric operation is also a must. Must also maintain a neat and professional appearance and work areas.
