Responsibilities:

• Be a Strong Coach Who Gives Effective Feedback to Grow the Team Everyday
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Care for Other People & Build Relationships With Guests
• Oversee Daily Restaurant Operations
• Train and Manage Staff
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Requirements:

• Experience with a Large Management Team
• Ability to Work Flexible Hours
• Food Handler Certified
• TIPS/RBS Certified
• Proficient with Word, Excel & Outlook
