Job Title: General Manager - Slim Chickens (Columbia, SC - Killian Road Location)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team at our new Slim Chickens restaurant in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the QSR industry, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality.

·       Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

·       Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.

·       Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional initiatives.

·       Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability.

·       Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 3 years of QSR management experience, with a strong focus on leadership and operational excellence.

·       Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·       Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.

·       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
