General Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure a high standard of service in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, hospitality, or related fields, with the ability to lead a diverse team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and lead a team of staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for customer service excellence and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure quality food and beverage service, including coffee and catering services.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
- Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide ongoing training to enhance team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings within the hotel or restaurant setting.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service management or hospitality industry roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Knowledge of bartending practices and catering services is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Experience in interviewing candidates and conducting performance evaluations is preferred.
- Familiarity with coffee service standards is a plus for establishments focusing on beverage quality.

Pay: $65,717.00 - $68,000.00 per year
