- We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee our quick-service restaurant that specializes in chicken. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, maximize profits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they provide outstanding service to customers and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, increase customer engagement, and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed, while minimizing waste.
- Ensure that food is prepared to high-quality standards and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other business partners.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams (Required; 2 or more years preferred)
- Fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience (preferred)
- Professional communication skills
- Friendly, “Infectiously-Enthusiastic” personality
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
