Water Extraction Team/Property Solutions Team is a full-service maintenance, restoration, and construction company serving multi-family communities throughout Colorado.  WET/PST has been in business for over 19 years and we continue to grow!  We are searching for hard-working, enthusiastic team members to grow with us!

Introduction:

We are seeking General Labor to assist in with skilled construction for maintenance and restoration.

Duties Include:

• Load materials (as needed)
• Report to work location
• Setup job site
• Perform job tasks
• Operate tools/machinery (as needed)
• Break down job site (leaving it cleaner than it was found)
• Photo document job progress using company provided iPhone
• Complete job related paperwork
• Perform tasks, projects, and other duties as requested

Qualification Required:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (MVR check required)
