Garden/Gift Shop Assistant

New Year, new position! Join the Trax Farm Market team!

Essential Functions of a Garden Shop Team member:

Creation, set-up, maintaining, and restocking merchandise displays in our  Garden & Gift Shop, which also includes patio items, fountains, and seasonal/holiday merchandise. 

It’s fun but it is a physical position. This position  requires working in heat/humidity during the summer months and cold temperatures in the winter.

·        Use of hand or power tools, ladders, forklifts and pallet jacks as needed

·        Standing 8+ hours per shift

·        Lifting of at least 30 lbs. consistently

·        Must be able to reach, lift, sit, stand, kneel, and bend

Assist in re-orders of merchandise as needed.

Retail sales and purchasing experience is a plus, work ethic and dependability is a must!

 A creative eye, proven merchandising experience.

Computer/POS experience

Must be able to be certified and operate a forklift 

Must be able to follow directions 

Minimum HS Diploma/GED
