Full Time Service Coordinator
We’re hiring a Service Coordinator to support residents by connecting them with essential services that help them maintain stable, independent living. In this role, you’ll assess resident needs, provide referrals to community resources (such as healthcare, transportation, and social services), and act as a liaison between residents, families, and property management. You’ll also build relationships with local providers, educate residents on available resources, and help foster a supportive community environment.
Qualifications:
- Coursework in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in social services or working with seniors/at-risk populations preferred
- Knowledge of community resources and supportive services
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
